Randy Costa

I love coaching, talking people through movements and watching it click. I wrestled in high school and college. I lettered in high school in track, water polo, and wrestling. I have run several 5k, 10k, half marathon, and ultra marathons. Part of those races have been several Spartan races.

When I quit wrestling in college I kept my meal plan the same but stopped most of my activity! This led to a 10 year spiral in weight gain. In 2019 I decided that year would be the year of health for me. I got serious about my nutrition, began running and gave my self tangible goals to achieve. The first was to be disciplined in what I ate, the next was to run a race a month for all of 2021 which turned into 2-3 a month. That year I completed 2 half marathons and 3 ultra marathons. I then joined CrossFit and have become amazed with what my body is capable of. Help others figure Out they can do more than they know is what it’s all about!

I love to serve and teach. Seeing people win is a fun thing for me. I like spending time after class with individuals as they dedicate more time to a movement.
